OBJECTIVE :Wall, photography and multi-level. CACTUS POINT is a very private beach from our EMERALD TULAMBEN BEACH HOTEL.. This is an excellent dive for beginner divers and avid photographers. CACTUS POINT offers untouched coral with a wide array of fish and aquatic life. We have two suken cars at depth 27meters.A definite must do. TULAMBEN is a fun dive for all types of divers. The wreck is a USS LIBERTY, a cargo ship that was sunk during WORLD WAR Ⅱ. Now, it is has mature coral with a wide array of tame, friendly fish.
